Alpha SWD was formed to help solve the growing water management problem in select locations within the Permian Basin of West Texas. We are building a portfolio of properties which include high-volume, fully-automated commercial saltwater disposal facilities, water treatment facilities and pipeline systems.
Our state-of-the-art design (by Elite Infrastructure) provides the lowest operating cost per barrel in the industry. We pass those savings along to our customers and make up the difference volumetrically.
We work directly with E&P's and trucking companies to acquire and establish facilities in areas which support their growing operations and reduce water management and disposal costs.

OUR VISION
The Permian Basin is experiencing tremendous growth thanks to the uptick in commodity prices. Today, approximately 250 rigs are running in the Permian basin of Texas and New Mexico. According to Platts S&P, more than $350 billion will be spent this year in upstream oil and gas activities and transactions. This is 40% below pre-Covid levels.
This amount of activity is causing significant bottlenecks in water disposal across the play. Shallow, aging disposal wells are experiencing significant problems with injection pressure and capacities are therefore limited. E&P companies are installing infield disposals but they are always looking for additional capacity and reduced transportation costs.
Alpha SWD utilizes a proprietary water intelligence platform to gather field level data on a well by well, field by field and operator by operator basis to determine current and future capacity constraints. We leverage this data to determine optimum locations for development and install the most technologically advanced commercial disposal wells and gathering systems in order to help save money for our customers. Thanks to our advanced designs, our per barrel operating costs are significantly lower than our competitors and we pass those savings along to give us a competitive edge.
Our management team has designed, permitted, built, owned, operated and sold over $100 million in commercial saltwater disposal wells since 2011.
